I recognize that! It's a traditional Irish breakfast. I tried it in Ireland. The black and white pudding ( those round things) is sort of tasteless and the main ingredient is beef blood i believe.... and the sausage is mild, soft and mushy. Most Irish people don't eat this stuff anymore, it is for us tourists to try after the corned beef and cabbage. The real food in nice Irish restaurants is very fresh, gourmet quality and fantastic!
